Alexander Dinter is International Creative Director Hair at La Biosthétique. His work combines creative direction, precision and hair concepts for international runway and collection contexts. At Berlin Fashion Week 2026, he led hair direction together with an international team from eight countries.
At the salon, the second chair opens only occasionally for selected guest stylists whose work and standards align with our philosophy. Alexander Dinter brings exactly that combination of precision, cultural awareness and an international point of view.

Bastian Casaretto
Aveda Artistic Director — Germany, Switzerland & Austria
Bastian Casaretto is Aveda Artistic Director for Germany, Switzerland and Austria and works internationally on shows, events and productions. Aveda publicly presents him in exactly this role and describes his work backstage at shows and events around the world.
Bastian Casaretto does not see salon clients at the salon. Hauke Schmidt and Bastian Casaretto share a close personal friendship, and Hauke regularly makes a chair available to him for selected productions on behalf of AVEDA — including work with models, influencers and talents.
There is no commercial relationship between the salon and Bastian Casaretto.
